Minute Listing (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Minute Listing platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

Information you provide directly:

• Account information: name, email address, brokerage name, phone number
• Property details: addresses, listing information, features, and notes you enter to generate content
• Writing samples: text you upload to create a voice profile
• Payment information: processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, generation history
• Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Information from third-party platforms (when you connect social accounts):

• Facebook: page IDs, page names, page access tokens
• Instagram: business account IDs
• TikTok: user open ID, display name, access tokens
• LinkedIn: person URN, display name, access tokens

We store OAuth access tokens to enable publishing on your behalf. These are encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.

• To generate AI-powered real estate marketing content based on your inputs
• To publish content to connected social media platforms on your behalf
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, receipts, expiry alerts)
• To monitor for Fair Housing compliance issues in generated content
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve our AI models
• To respond to your support requests

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your listing content or writing samples to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We share your information only with:

• Anthropic: property details are sent to Anthropic's API to generate content. See Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy.
• Supabase: our database provider stores your account and listing data.
• Stripe: processes payment information. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Vercel: hosts the application and processes request logs.
• Social platforms: when you publish, your content and tokens are sent to the respective platform APIs (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).

We may also disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Minute Listing or others.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated listings are stored indefinitely until you delete them. Social media access tokens are stored until you disconnect the account or they expire. After account deletion, we may retain anonymized aggregate data for analytics purposes.

We use cookies for authentication (session management) and security (CSRF protection for OAuth flows). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from logging in.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, row-level security on all database tables, and secure httpOnly cookies for session management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of certain data processing activities

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
